About Paula

Paula has held executive roles at former CEO at euNetworks, and executive roles at British Telecom, Verizon, and Colt, including her tenure as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management at Colt, where she spearheaded the company’s commercial strategy.

Her leadership is marked by a commitment to inclusion and diversity, alongside a proven ability to lead organisations through change. When she’s not inspiring teams, Paula is an advocate for fostering and developing future leaders.

Paula holds a degree in Philosophy from King’s College, London.
