Sarah Callaby

Sarah is our Executive Lead and resident Organiser-in-Chief, keeping the team focused, the diaries aligned and the details under control. Before joining the team, she served in the Royal Air Force, working in air traffic control and flight operations, experience that means calm coordination and precision planning come naturally.

Most recently, Sarah worked in a commercial and operations role supporting crisis management teams, international travel coordination and business operations, bringing a sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills to everything she does.

Outside of work, Sarah is rarely still you’ll usually find her at a music concert or festival, travelling somewhere new, or exploring different cultures.
