Keith finds and delivers opportunities to improve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction. He is often asked to deliver improvements across Quote to Cash. Keith finds opportunities using processes mining and lean six-sigma, delivering a cost-benefit & ROI analysis for transformation. He then automates processes to enforce improvements across teams using Intelligent Automation (RPA, Chatbots, Workflow, AI).

Outside of work, Keith loves to build things and explore, always planning the next trip or working on a new trade
